GeMOS

Germanium MOSFETs for quantum computation

About GeMOS

Project in a nutshell
This project investigates holes in germanium metal-oxide-semiconductor nanostructures, a new material platform promising superior compatibility with industrial manufacturing techniques. It brings together experts from material growth, quantum theory, and measurement. Our grand goal is to develop scalable Ge-MOSFET devices hosting competitive spin qubits.
